Feeling you are unable to move forward in your career without support and guidance?
How we can help
PPPM creators Karina and Bec have a combined 30 years experience working in acute hospital maternity wards and outpatient departments.
They established multiple initiatives and introduced protocols in hospital systems to ensure patients are receiving optimum care.
In 2017, they were finalists in the Victorian Public Healthcare Awards for an innovative project established to improve access to care for patients on a surgical waitlist for Urogynaecology.
Bec and Karina understand first hand that to run an efficient and effective maternity ward requires a specific skill set often not taught in any Pelvic Health courses. In both the inpatient and outpatient setting there are often the additional challenges related to hospital policies and procedures and working as part of a multidisciplinary team,
At PPPM we can guide you through prioritising and streamlining your workload and take you through the process of navigating hospital protocols, applying for grants/funding to enhance your service, and assist you to develop your pelvic health physio skills!
